Marvelous invention by Japanese engineers… Japanese engineers succeeded in flying materials in the air gap with sound waves.
Scientists at the University of Tokyo have been working on sound waves for some time. Their purpose is to ventilate an item first and then to enable it to move left and right and around itself.
In the first place, Japanese scientists were successful in this. When enough energy is given, materials can easily move with the sound wave.
However, this is not the first time that sound waves have been used in this way. A group of scientists had done this before with sound waves; however, in this method, only one particle could move in a certain axis. Scientists in Tokyo take this method one step further, enabling matter to move both up and down and left and right. For this, no power is needed other than the sound wave.
