Who is İbrahim Kemal Baybura?

İbrahim Kemal Baybura (1890, Bayburt - 1951), Turkish politician.

He entered the Military Academy in 1906. He participated in the Balkan Wars and the War of Independence. After retiring from the army in 1932, he worked as the General Directorate of State Maritime Routes and Port Management, the General Manager of Üsküdar and Kadıköy Public Tramways, the Administrative Executive Member of the Assembly, the General Directorate of Denizbank, the General Directorate of State Maritime Routes, and the General Manager of IETT.
