Bose Einstein Concentration

Bose Einstein Condensation – Close-up view of equipment inside a cryogen-free dilution refrigerator Copper oxide is represented as a dark red cubic crystal in the center of the image. The objective lens is a zinc selenide meniscus lens mounted behind the crystal. The inhomogeneous stress field, which acts as the crystalline exciton trap potential, was created using a rod and a stage under the crystal. We thank Yusuke Morita, Kosuke Yoshioka, and Makoto Kuwata-Gonokami from the University of Tokyo.
