TOKİ will build a campus for Yıldırım Beyazıt University where approximately 40 thousand students can study. The tender date for the buildings planned to be built on the campus in the first place has been determined. On the campus, where a total of 12 faculties will be established, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Nature and Engineering, laboratories, technical building, sports center and cafe will be built in the first stage. The tender for these structures will be held on 13 November 2013 at TOKİ's headquarters in Bilkent, Ankara.

Yıldırım Beyazıt University's new campus will be built on an area of ​​3 acres. An area of ​​500 acres on the campus land was reserved for construction. In this area, the academic and administrative units of the university will be located. The remaining sections will be evaluated as development zones, recreation areas, social life and forest areas.

450 acres will be wooded

Approximately 450 acres of land has been reserved for the areas to be forested within the boundaries of the campus. In this area, trees that are suitable for continental climate, require low maintenance, grow quickly and can be tall will be planted. The existing trees around Dumlupınar Stream will be preserved and used in the landscape design of the campus and in the areas to be forested in places. Dumlupınar Stream was also considered to be used as a landscape element on the campus by improving the water bed, expanding it, turning it into a pond.
When the campus is completed, it will become a giant university with a capacity of 40 thousand people. The university, which allocates significant quotas for foreign students, will be structured to be a strong research university in the fields of science, health and social sciences.

12 FACULTY BUILDINGS WILL BE ESTABLISHED

A total of 12 faculty buildings will be built on the main campus of Yıldırım Beyazıt University. Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Political Sciences, Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Conservatory, Faculty of Fine Arts, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry and Faculty of Health Sciences. In addition, the School of Foreign Languages ​​and the Graduate School of Sciences are among the academic buildings to be established on the campus.

A library, Technology and Science Research Center, Culture and Congress Center, museum, rectorate building, guesthouses, university hotel, rector's house, lodgings, dormitories and a central archive building will also be built on the campus.
Sports units have also been planned for the students to engage in sports activities. In this context, 2 indoor sports halls, indoor sports center, Olympic indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, stadium, carpet pitches, basketball and volleyball courts, cricket field, jogging track and bicycle track will be built. Meanwhile, TOKİ designed the university campus to generate its own energy. Wind turbines will be located at the high points of the campus in order to meet the electricity and water needs and contribute to recycling. In addition, it is planned to have solar panels in open car parks to make maximum use of sunlight, a water tank to benefit from rain water, and a water treatment plant to recycle waste water. Entry to the campus will be through four main gates. These gates are located in the southeast, east, west and north of the campus.
