Explaining that they have reduced the production time that would have to wait for years with classical methods to 3, 6 or 9 months with this method, Alper Taşdurmaz from Algen Biotechnology said, "We have varieties that are more resistant to diseases and pests with this method. While the seedlings produced with normal classical methods yield in 5-7 years, when seedlings are produced with these rootstocks, you start to get fruit yield within a year or two.” he said.
